Saturday June 26th the Knights of Columbus Council 13301 sponsored a shredding event at The Church of the Risen Christ parking lot. Over the four hour event thousands of pounds of paper was shredded and two trucks were filled with electronics that will be safely disposed. Parishioners steadily came to the parking lot throughout the event and graciously donated $4,000 to offset the cost of the data destruction. Any of those funds in excess of the cost will be split between the parish and the council.
